Our social activity is run by a small team of internal staff who do so on behalf of the company. Some staff members also have their own personal social media profiles which do not reflect the views of the company.

We will disclose our relationship when endorsing an organisation, client or customer. Equally if we are approached to contribute to a blog which recommends a supplier or client we will be honest about the relationship and any paid for opportunities.

We always aim to be transparent when we update information and if we make any errors we will correct them in a timely manner.

We will always be respectful in all our communications and seek permission from colleagues, clients and suppliers before posting information, images and videos to our various social media platforms.

We encourage you to connect with us on our social media channels and if you have any questions or queries we will endeavour to get back to you within normal working hours.

However if you would like to get in touch with us regarding a new or existing project we ask that you continue to utilise the traditional modes of communication; telephone and/or email and we will respond to you as soon as we can.
